Dr. Seed’s Body Protective Complex+ is a daily supplement that helps athletes repair their bodies after intensive workouts and exercise. Using a protein sequence, BPC+ is ready to help you get back to maximizing your workouts.
- Increases Collagen Synthesis
- Repairs Connective Tissue For Both Tendons And Ligaments
- Decreases Inflammation
Dr. William Seed is an orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine physician who has the goal of helping those who wish to maximize performance, relieve injuries and live a healthy lifestyle. As one of the World's leading authorities on peptide therapy and as the Chairman of the International Peptide Society, Dr. Seed created this innovative peptide protein supplement to help heal injuries.
The Dr. Seeds BPC combination contains the protein from which the BPC peptide is extracted. While this is not directly the same thing as BPC-157, the results that come from the Dr. Seeds BPC combination are extremely similar to BPC-157, at a fraction of the price.
BPC can help heal a variety of injuries, including tendon and ligament damage, nerve damage, muscle tears, and sprains. It can also reduce inflammation, increase collagen production, and help heal the gut from a number of gastrointestinal issues (like leaky gut, IBS, and Chron's disease).
This supplement is gluten-free and soy-free, and also contains no animal hormones or byproducts, and is vegan-friendly. If you've tried everything and still have nagging injuries or lingering gut issues, this supplement may be worth a try!
Take two capsules daily. We recommend taking them with your breakfast and with plenty of water. Most people have to take the supplement consistently for at least three weeks in order to feel the benefits, but once they do, many people swear by this product!
What is a Peptide?
Peptides are a chain of amino acids from 2 to 50 amino acids together. Once there are more than 50 amino acids together it is considered a Protein. We have thousands of Peptides in our body and they are used to signal our body to do things. What each peptide signals can vary widely. One peptide could signale your body to reduce inflammation and promote healing (like BPC-157) and another peptide could signal the grown of new tendon tissue like (TB-500). Other peptides can be used to build more muscle or increase hormone levels (but BPC does not do that).
Body Protective Complex+ is a pill, whereas most peptides, including BPC-157, are almost always delivered via a subcutaneous injection. It is important to note that Body Protective Complex+ is not exactly the same as BPC-157. Our understanding from speaking with the people at Dr. Seeds is that it has an additional amino acid added on to it to enable it to be ingested in the oral form.
BPC- 157 is composed of 15 amino acids, is a partial sequence of body protection compound (BPC) that is discovered in and isolated from human gastric juice.
What is better BPC-157 or Body Protective Complex +
Dr. Seeds himself admits that taking BPC-157 via injection is more effective than taking Body Protective Complex as a pill. The primary difference is the bioavailability. If you inject 500 mcg of BPC-157, you will get almost that exact amount into your bloodstream. Ingesting Body Protective Complex requires that it go through your digestive system and a much lower amount will become bioavailable for healing and get into your bloodstream. One of the reasons that the dosage of Body Protective Complex is 1mg, versus 500mcg (Micro Grams). The theory is if you take more, more will become bioavailable.
Is Body Protective Complex Effective?
You need to try it for yourself to see. We have had very positive results in our usage of the product and while not as immediate as a BPC-157 injection, we feel for daily maintenance and the convenience of not going to your doctor to get an injection, makes Body Protective Complex a very interesting product for you to try and see if it works on healing your injuries.
